I am using the <list>(numbered) tag to write a series of instructions across several pages and across <head...> tags. I am getting errors that the list is not terminated, when in fact it is terminated but not within the <head> tag that it was started in. Does anyone know why this is not working? or if this is possible to do? Are lists restricted to only work within a <head...> tag? Thanks.

Lists must start and end within a single <headx> construct; you cannot do what you are attempting to do. To continue the list (which I am assuming is a numbered or alphabetic list), you must keep track of the number of list elements and start from that element in the new list (gee, this sure sounds convulouted (sp?)). <head1>(Gather Dry Ingredients) <list>(numbered) <le>Flour <le>Sugar <le>Cocoa <endlist> <head2>(Gather Liquid Ingredients) <list>(numbered\4) <le>Amaretto <le>Heavy Cream <endlist> See the discussion of <list> in Volume 1 for reams of information.
