    We've been seeing a problem with Postscript output when using the
    <key> and/or <box> tags. We first saw the problem in the DECMED8
    doctype, but we have seen it in others too. 
    
    We have seen at least two types of malformations of the box. One is
    when the top of the box is offset to the right a small amount. The
    other is when the right-hand part of the box is offset to the right a
    small amount and does not connect with the rest of the box. This
    does not happen in LN03 output.
