I'm having problems with the V1.0 MEMO doctype. When I try to process a simple
file I get errors tex. I got the following errors when I asked for postscript
output (I also got these errors from mail output):

I also noticed another strange thing. In doc$local_formats, I have a file
called cup$designs.dat. I do not have doc$designs.dat. I had to copy this from
another system to even get this far. Note that I installed only postscript and
LPR support (plus the internal kit).

| Looks like your local installation is incomplete.
DOC$LOCAL_ELEMENTS should be defined to point at
DOC$LOCAL_FORMATS:CUP$LOCAL_ELEMENTS.TEX (\declogo is defined
there). Also, CUP$DESIGNS.DAT must be merged with
the local DOC$DESIGNS.DAT file if one already exists.
On systems where DOCUMENT was not previously installed,
you can simply rename CUP$DESIGNS.DAT to DOC$DESIGNS.DAT.
