The following code results in two errors from the tag translator,
one expected and one not expected:

The errors are:

Fewer than 1 arguments supplied to tag <LIST>
%TAG-F-STRFREE2T, at text on line 1 in file
Internal error. Attempt to free the same string twice
The documentation asks for an SPR on the second error.
