I had an idea which will help me (and others, I'm sure) later.
DOCUMENT has very nice "DCL COMMAND" formatting tags which make
user command lists look just like the VMS doc set.
It would be nice if there was a doctype (SOFTWARE.HELPLIB?) which
could take the command formatting tags and create a standard (.HLP) help
file format suitable for the $ LIBRARY/CREATE/HELP facility...
ex.
1 DOCUMENT
VAX Document is a fantastic document formatter...
2 DOC-TYPES
Doc types are a method of specifying ...
