Since base level 8 was installed, I can no longer build an STT file.
I am using the instructions in section 4.2.6 of the Version T1.0
release notes. Can anyone diagnose the problem? Here is the log

| Starting with BL8 you need the qualifier /KEEP=INT_TEX.
(otherwise DOCUMENT deletes your output file.)
