DOCTYPE: OVERHEAD
DEVICE: LN03

When I process this file for LN03 I get a break page after third bullet; 
many other files process fine. Processing this file for other devices does not 
produce a page break. The .TEX files are identical for LN03 and LINE devices.
No logicals to change - same system, same LN03,...

How can debug this situation?
