I've lost my QAR report address for Document and cannot find it back in
this notesfile. Hence:
Some discovered errors in LSE templates:
Placeholder incorrect:
<DEFLIST_ITEM>{item}) should be <DEFLIST_ITEM>({item})
<ENDDEFLIST>[element-or-template]... This tag does not exist, it should be:
<ENDDEFINITION_LIST>
The former tag is also not documented in the User's Guide part 1
User's Guide Vol. 2 example is incorrect:
<SUBJECT>Ted and Alice) should read <SUBJECT>(Ted and Alice)

The tag <enddefinition_list> is in the User Manual, Volume 1,
documented as the required terminator tag for <definition_list>.
It is not documented individually because it takes no arguments.
