 Is there a way to define your own <TAG>s ? I would like to be able to
 specify <DIGITAL> somewhere in a text to display the logo on places
 where I want them rather than where design files allow them.

 E.g. using the OVERHEADs I would like to be able to have a running
 foot as:


  DIGITAL -------------------------------------------------- topic

 using <RUNNING_FEET>(<DIGITAL> --------------------------------- topic)

 (as a second question: how do I get a <rule> outside a table?)

    No simple approach on getting a rule outside of a table. This is
    on the wishlist.
