         I'm having a problem generating a table of contents for a
         document when I use LINE_PRINTER as the destination. The
         problem does not occur when I use LN03 as the destination or
         when I use LINE_PRINTER as the destination in T1.0-001. The
         problem is displayed below in the "Contents Device Conversion"
         section.  Is there a work around?

    The release notes for BL08 say, on page 7, that <CONTENTS_FILE>
    and <INDEX_FILE> only work for LN03 and PostScript output devices.
