When I use <CONTENTS_FILE> and <INDEX_FILE> with destination LN01 I
get the message:

Does this mean theese tags only work for LN03 ???

    In BL7, only for the LN03. In BL8, only for the LN03 and POSTSCRIPT.
    In V1.0, for LN03, POSTSCRIPT, and LINE (MAIL,TERMINAL). We have
    no plans to modify the LN01 driver.
