The second argument to the <COMMAND_SECTION> tag does not seem to generate 
character string prefixes in subsequent table numbers. This occurs when the 
document is processed in a bookbuild only.

	<COMMAND_SECTION>(MONITOR\MON)

Table MON-1 appears as Table 1.
