    Help... since TeX macros files are not shipped in editable format...
    how does one go about fixing and error like this, when I don't make
    a mention of any \codecall definitions in my .dtp file.  I miss
    not having access to a system file like doc$elements.tex...

    I would like to see the source file for this. Our goal is to
    make sure that any such errors are caught during tag translation.

    THis is the same BL7 problem as described in #118. The workaround
    for BL7 is to rearrange the <callouts> and <example> tags so that
    the <callouts> tags are on the outside of <example> and <endexample>.
