I'm having problems including sight diagrams into DOCUMENT. One
of two things happen:
1) The picture appears with text on an unnumbered page, followed
by a blank numbered page.
2) The picture appear with text on an unnumbered page, followed
by a mostly blank page.
This happens no matter the range of picas in the <figure_file>
tag. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Doug,
Please take a look at note 427 and its replies -- particularly
the discussion of RENDER/FRAME/SIZE. By default SIGHT + RENDER
create full size (8.5 X 11) images, which will always force the
printer to page. By using /FRAME and /SIZE you can reduce the
size of the image to the desired height and width.
