 Is there any specific reason to remove the <MARK_DELETION> tag (or any
 other tag with the same functionality)? I found it quite neat to have
 an indication of text removed rather than modified/added.

	We removed the tag because support for the functionality of such a tag will not be present in the device converters for V1.0. We plan to add that functionality in a future release. At that time, we'll add the tag. --Brian Adler
