Somewhere I read something on the <LANGUAGE> tag to enable us,
poor lonesome Europeans (and Asians, Africans and who ever else
uses Document but doesn't speak english/american as their native
tongue) to have headings and such in our own beloved language.
Trick question: will this include proper hyphenation as well?
I sure hope so, as ragged right text doesn't look too good (to
my humble opinion). And you know how lengthy dutch, german and
finnish words can get...
