    In the BL8 release notes (pg 8) it mentions obtaining a new copy
    of CUP$LOCAL_ELEMENTS.TEX to fix a POSTSCRIPT problem with the DECLOGO.
    I don't seem to find the file in CLOSET::KITS_:[DOCUMENT] as noted.
    Did it make it into the kit?
