Excuse a newcomer to this conference for some silly questions...
Is this the very same VAX DOCUMENT V1.0 that is scheduled for SDC
in Q1FY88?
If so, where can I get: A) the complete kit; and B) User Guide.
The reason that I ask is that when I do a:
$ directory closet::kit_:[document]
I get an Invalid device error.
Also, I see many references to the documentation but have as of
yet not found a location for the documentation itself.

Looks like a typo. Try kits_: instead of kit_: that should get
it for you. the BL8 documentation (the latest stuff) is stored
in CLOSET::USE3$:[SDML.BL8]

But to avoid confusion -- it's not the *version* of VAX DOCUMENT
that will go to SDC in Q1FY88. Testing continues apace.
