I'm using the LETTER doctype, in base level 7, to create a memo.
The tags I've used are <memo_from>, <memo_to>, <subject>, <date> -
not in this order, but have processed the file three times and have
switched the order each time. It seems that <memo_from> does not
produce a vertical skip in the output file so I have to add a <line> tag
after <memo_from>.
