Is there a wizard out there?  I think I need him to enlarge my pool 
size or my fudgeblock...

Seriously, when I try to process my document in a profile, the job 
terminates with error status.  All the chapters process separately
without any trouble, but when I try to run the whole book, both in 
batch and interactively, it dies.

I am using a lot of <MARK> and <ENDMARK> tags.  Could this be the 
cause?  I've already checked for /KEEP qualifiers on figures and 
code examples.  Is there something else I should look for?

I've included the critical (as I see it) portion of the .LIS file here.
