    I just got an access violation during the device conversion of a
    memo.  The command was:
    
    	$ DOCU file_name MEMO LINE/DEVICE=(MULTINATIONAL)
    
    I hoped the "/DEV=(MULTI)" qualifier would let me get the degree
    ("�") character in the text.
    
    Let me know if you need to see the GNC file.
