I'm not sure what support remained resident in T1.0, but the update contains the final V1.0 version. The procedure consists of: 1. Using /KEEP=INDEX/INDEX when generating individual book indexes 2. Creating a filename.INX_LIST file that specifies the filenames of the kept INX files and book identifiers for use in the master index 3. Running the INX_LIST file through DOCUMENT -pa |
