You would need a special doctype that either makes the footlines
contain nothing or that does something like \omitheaders\omitfooters

Is this still the case with the 5-June T1.0 version? If so, is
this the place to request a /NOPAGE_NUMBERING switch? Otherwise,
this looks like a job for "White-Out".
