I am looking for documentation on how to create a new doctype.
It will be similar to GENERAL, but with the page numbers centered
on the bottom of the pages.
This is for proposals, so the pages will never be printed back to
back.
If anyone out there can help me, I'd appreciate it.

Are these manuals part of the BL7 document set? We haven't been
able to copy the whole set as of yet.
Is it safe to try using the instructions from the BL6 Admin. Guide?

The instructions in the BL6 Release Notes for system administrators
is pretty up to date. The other manuals are in the BL7 set. If
you use the BL6 documentation, be sure to read the release notes
for both bl6 and bl7.
