1. In many countries what we call a "section" they call a "clause". This causes problems with the default use of <reference>. 2. Other tags present related problems, e.g. what we call "appendix" others call "annex". In fact, this case is worse because there is sometimes a need to use both "appendix" and "annex" in the same document. Is there a way for the writer of the .GNC file to control this?

There is no way in the GNC file to control it, but it is easily modified on a doctype-specific (DTP file) basis. patti |
