The description of OVERHEADS in Chapter 8 of the User's Guide, Part 2 
states that the following tags are not recognized:

<APPENDIX>  <BACK_MATTER>  <FRONT_MATTER>

<HEAD1>...<HEAD6> 

<PART>     <PART_PAGE>


The description in Chapter 15, however, excludes on <BACK_MATTER>, 
<FRONT_MATTER>, <PART>, and <PART_PAGE>.  

Which description is correct?   And is the correct description the 
complete description (are there any other, undocumented exceptions)?
