83.0. "DOCUMENT in local language" by HSTSSC::LEHMUS (I'm () you) Tue Mar 10 1987 07:03
I've been creating a document written in my own language,
which doesn't happend to be english. And I have found few
bugs/features:
1) MCS characters doesn't appear in <code_example> and in index.
2) When you use MCS characters in <CHAPTER>, <HEAD1>, <APPENDIX>
and <PART> tags, those characters will not be in uppercase in
CONTENTS pages. In CONTENTS pages those references are normally
uppercased. BTW how can I prevent it ? If the uppercasing is
included, then it should change for example '' to ''.
3) When you are using tags <X>(asd\BEGIN) and <X>(asd\END) in you
text, you get the preposition 'to' in to index. And that word
has no meaning in my language.

P.S.
How can I force form feed (force text to begin at the top of
next page) ?

(1) and (2) are listed in the Release Notes as items not *yet*
supported, but that will be done for the FT update. The output of
the word 'to' is a good catch! will fix that also for FT update.
