In the release notes, you mention that TeX's capacity has been increased.
However, one of our writers got the following error during a bookbuild:

If you really absolutely need more capacity,
you can ask a wizard to enlarge me.

Note that the chapter processes correctly by itself, but fails
as part of a bookbuild. Is this a known problem? Do you want

I have another instance of this problem. TeX has several limits,
and we corrected the problem with memory capacity being exceeded.
We are looking at a solution to this new one.
