    Just a heads-up if you are trying to sell Decision Support Tools into
    an account.  See ComputerWorld, December 6, 1993, article:
    
    "Database query tools:  Dimensional bolsters tools with report writer"
     by Michael Vizard.
    
    Software company:  Dimensional Insight, Inc, of Burlington, MA.
    
    Provides a set of database analysis tools:
    
      "CrossTarget" - which includes the data "Diver" capability to drill
                      down through data;
      "Data Integrator" - allows queries to link data across dissimilar
                      databases;
      "Reporter" - customizable report writer interface;
      "Selector" - facilitates SQL queries.
    
    The idea is to provide users with a high-dimensionally indexed query
    database of replicated data from a data capture database -- typically
    based on say, DEC Rdb.  A server process executes in background during
    off-hours to scan the data capture database which creates, populates,
    and then  hyper-indexes the query database.  
    
    The index traversal algorithm is based on work done at MIT related to
    general solutions of the minimax problem - if I remember correctly.
    [Would be very nice if we could license this algorithm for a parallel
    database engine implementation.]
    
    Front-end GUI is on Macintosh and OpenVMS.  MS/Windows and a U*X
    version are forecasted for 1994 delivery.
