For a project we need to deliver a query and reporting functionality on
a Rdb/VMS database. The customer has OS/2 desktops running Presentation
Manager installed, interconnected by Token Ring networks with TCP/IP.

I understand DECquery and DECreport do not (yet?) apply. As I preferably
would like to use the existing environment, what can I suggest to use?
