    I did a DIR/KEYWORD=ORACLE but didn't see what I was necessarily
    looking for in that list.  If there is a better place to put this
    query, please let me know.
    
    One of our industry's major customers is currently running on VMS using
    Oracle databases.  How can I find someone to talk with (who may be
    willing and able to talk with this customer) to discuss how difficult
    it might be to convert to RDB from Oracle?  This customer is also
    thinking about selling his software for us to other countries; how
    difficult would this be with Oracle vs RDB?
    
    Thanks for any insight you can give on this.
