Audience:  Sales Support with a primary technology focus of Database or 
Production Systems and Product Trainers.

Prerequisites: Complete SSST or have at least 1 year field support experience.

Symposium Description:

This symposium is designed to give Sales Support Intermediate (Focused) Level 
of knowledge on Database and Production Systems (TP) related products.  It 
covers recently announced products and those which are planned to be announced 
over the next six months and strategic directions.  Other related 
topics/products such as Storage, Desktop and Networks are covered in less 
detail.

Additional Information:

The Symposium will start at 8 AM on Monday, January 20, 1992.  You will be 
required to register on-site at the registration desk.  The registration desk 
will be open at 7:30 AM on Monday, it will also be open Sunday evening from 
6-8 PM.  Location of the desk and other information will be in the students 
Confirmation Letter. 

At registration, Registrars will need to capture rooming information.  Room 
rate is  $75 for a single and  $90 ($45 each) for a double plus tax.  You will 
need to specify, based on your local field policy, a single or double room.  
You may request a specific room mate as long as both people request each 
other.

Details for discount air fares and contacting limo transportation will be 
supplied in the confirmation letter.
