Looking for a product to perform Archiving/Dearchiving of data stored
in a Rdb Database ?
These tools should be at a higher level than RMU and provide a mechnism
for tracking what data has been archived.
Do similar productss exist for other databases ?
Thanks,
Rich

Rich,
Yes there are products available for other databases.
ARCHIVE*SQL - is for ORACLE, made by COMPUTERTIME. They use to be the
ORACLE seller in Quebec, Canada but have lost their right to sell
ORACLE products (lots of messy lawsuits going on). Over a year ago they
approached Digital Canada about converting the above product and others
to support Rdb. I do not know what has happened. They were put in
contact with the RSVP people (I believe Chuck Stata).
