    So those of you in the field have a chance to see what is in V4.0
    before our customers do I have made postscript and TXT versions of the
    final Release Notes Manual available in my public directory.  These
    versions are still marked "For Internal Use Only" so please do not
    distribute outside Digital...but you can talk to customers about the
    contents!  I will add the final SPD/SSA as soon as they are formatted.
    
    I would expect V4.0 Update kits to start dribbling out in late November
    and early December.
