Does anyone know of any problems in using Oracle's SQL*NET
on a VMS system with the VMS/Ultrix connection for the TCP/IP
protocol?
I've been talking to a customer and he said Oracle said they needed
to get the Wollongong TCP/IP. Customer also indicated that SQL*NET
doesn't function when using FUSION TCP/IP.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just been through the same thing with Oracle myself...
The local Oracle sales support office line is
"SQL*Net with VMS/Ultrix connect TCP/IP is coming... (no dates
quoted) but it isn't here yet, so use Wollongong or Excelan"
So if they haven't built it, you can't sell it !
Cheers
