Hi, Does anyone know whether Oracle for Ultrix (V6.0.27) supports Pro*Cobol? From documentation I've seen, only Pro*C and Pro*Fortran are supported. If so, does anyone have any experience with using them, and know of any interface problems with 3rd party Cobol compilers? Thanks for any info, John.

Re .1 Sorry, I should have said this was Oracle for RISC/Ultrix, not VAX/Ultrix. I know there is a Pro*Cobol precompiler for the VAX/Ultrix version but from what I can determine the Pro*Cobol precompiler has not been ported to RISC/Ultrix. Were you referring to RISC or VAX version of Oracle for Ultrix? Thanks, John. |
