506.0. "Paradox database system for MS-DOS ???" by SNO78C::BELAKHOV (The ORACLEBUSTER !!!) Mon Dec 04 1989 01:07

    Hi all,

    We have a major customer in Canberra, Australia that uses the Paradox
    database system on it's PCs. Apparently the customer has been told
    that Paradox will release a SQL Server/Client product which wil
    allow access to Oracle databases.

    Does anyone know anything about the Paradox product and/or if there
    are any plans to for Paradox to use SQL/Services? Also, if there
    are no plans to provide SQL/Services support, any estimates as to how
    hard it would be to provide SQL/Services support for Paradox as
    a local effort, would be greatly appreciated.

    We really need help on this one !!!

    Michael
