I would like to know if there is a RDB/VMS system internally
in Digital which could be used as a demo to the U.S. Navy.
The type of database needed by the Navy is one which contain
Equipment Configuration, Revision levels(Etch/Rev) of modules,
software revision levels, diagnostic versions, part numbers,
Navy stock part numbers, etc.
The type of demo needed should show all the features of Rdb/VMS
and all associated utilities. Any information on where this
type of system would reside would be appreciated.

| The one that comes immediately to mind is a product from ESG. EDCS is
a configuration control product being sold by ESG. EDCS is built on
Rdb. Information is available on notes::

CURIE::EDCS_COMPETITION
Not only is the product built on Rdb but it does similar things.
