Can anybody give me some information about the relational database
of HP ? What's the name of it ?
Is it a distributed database ?

HP's database management suite includes the following products:
ALLBASE/XL: ALLBASE/XL is designed to be an integrated Relational/
Network DBMS, which includes both a relational and network interface
integrated upon a common internal core. The relational model interface
of ALLBASE/XL is HPSQL, and the network model interface of ALLBASE/XL
is HPIMAGE.
TURBOIMAGE/V is the standard database system on traditional MPE
V based systems.
This is just the little that I knew about the HP db area...hopefully
more knowledgeable people will add or correct.

Is there a distributed version of the HPSQL ?
Or is it just capable of doing remote db access only ?
