SYBASE again!!!!! What is the most current status of SYBASE running on Ultrix? Are they a CMP or are they in the process of becomming one for Ultrix? More importantly, if SYBASE runs on ULTRIX, will it run on the RISC architecture????? Any help would be greatly appreciated.... thanks Lisa

Yes, Sybase does run on Ultrix. No, they are not a CMP, and please, Lord, let them NOT become one. I don't know if it runs on our RISC. It certainly runs on Sun's RISC. Why don't you call Sybase in California and ask them. By the way, their new APT tools run far better on Sun than on VAX workstations. ---- Michael Booth |
