    hi,
    
    I would like some ideas about INGRES on a MicroVAX II.
    
    	- What performance figures are available
    	- Any comment on memory usage, disk I/O,...
    	- In what respect is INGRES different from Rdb for
    	  on-disk structure, request handeling, locking (-> VAX clusters),
    	  etc,...
    
    What I would like with this is:
    
    	- to get a general idea of INGRES.
    	- to know what resources are mostly used by INGRES.
    
    I'd be greatful for any inputs, it's rather urgent...especially for the
    microVAX II stuff.
