    Hi,
    
    I am responding to a State bid. I am positioning Rdb as the database
    of choice if we win the bid but I MUST respond to their request
    for information about Oracle. Any help responding to this will be
    appreciated.
    
    "The bidder should describe how the Oracle Data Base Management System
    runs on the bidder's hardware and operating system. The bidder should
    also describe how Oracle can be integrated into the proposed word
    processing, mail, and spreadsheet software (i.e. "hot key"
    capabilities, import/export, etc.)"
