Does anyone know of any problems that I should be aware of when
upgrading ORACLE to run with VMS V5. Do you know any customers
who have already upgraded who have experienced any problems? Have
we done any testing?

I've ran several benchmarks of Oracle V5.1.22 and V6.0 on VMS 5.0
and everything has worked OK (except that Oracle is generally not
very fast).
Be aware that Oracle V5.1.22 does not run well AT ALL on a SMP box.
It runs ... just not well. Don't take it personal, but it is Oracle's
job to test their software on VMS 5.0.
