| GemBase is from UserWare in Escondido, CA. There is a review in
this notes file of a product called Gemini. GemBase is marketed
in Europe under the name Gemini. It's the same product.
GemBase accesses Rdb/VMS via DSRI. It seems to be the typical screen
painter, forms-based application generator.
Also, beware the review. It is a little biased. Gembase will indeed
support calls to/from 3GLs.

| GemBase from UserWare International Inc. has a interface to Rdb
through DSRI is a 4GL product which includes a global Dictionary,
Report writer(WYSIWG) format with default templates. Support all
Rdb datatypes, multiple Rdb database support, RMS file support and
also a complete forms management system!
