This may or may not be the correct place - apologies Andrew if I
am out of order !!!
Has anyone any experiance of a 4GL product called CQCS from Cybertek?
It is available on Data General - apparently the leading 4GL product
on DG kit.
I have been approached by Cybertek, they would like to produce a
DSRI compliant version to run on VAX - this seems O.K. to me. We
could end up with the most commonly interface relational database
product in the world !!
What I am interested in is info about the company, product etc..

I don't think there is a 'correct answer' to the question: Does
this note belong in this conference (which seems to have expanded
beyond a 'lowdown on Oracle, etc' file) or in the RALLY conference
(in which other 4GLs are sometimes mentioned).
Here is fine by me. Thanks for taking the time to post it.

What do they want from us? Do they need permission to use DSRI (I
suspect not)? Would the existence of a VMS CQCS help us to get business
from sites that currently use DG? Or would it just provide RALLY
with another competitor?
Andrew.
