Please can someone help me with a problem I have using icons for building
manuals for the Bookreader.
I have used RAGS to create a couple of icons, which come out ok for
PostScript output, but not when I try to build the manual for the Bookreader.
The lines I use to include the icons are as follows:
<ICON_FILE>(BOOKREADER\YES_RIGHT_ICON.BRF\5.5\8.1)
and
<ICON_FILE>(BOOKREADER\NO_RIGHT_ICON.BRF\5.5\8.1)
Both these lines were created by document/gra when I exported the file
for Bookreader and PostScript output.
On the Bookreader output, some icons are not there at all, although there
is a space where they should be, and others are represented by a black
square the size that the icon would be.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have just processed another file, which has several pieces of artwork in
it, and the same thing has happened to all but one of the diagrams. Has
anyone else experienced this problem and solved it? I would much appreciate
your help.
