I've noticed that the new file extension for BOOKREADER graphics files is .BRF. Will the new version of DOCUMENT (V2.0) still recognize the .FSE extension in the <FIGURE_FILE> argument? (If not, I've got over 100 file extensions to change...) Karen

You need not change your file extensions. .FSE is just as good as .BRF. The file extension is only a convention. The device converter opens the file specified, whatever the extension, and determines that the graphics file is in an acceptable format (FSE binary, RAGS metafile, DDIF image). Mary | |||||

Hi, DOCUMENT may still recognize .FSE for processing purposes, however: $ DOC/GRAPHICS=RENDER/TYPE=BRF You cannot use /TYPE=FSE anymore - so you will have some files with .FSE and some with .BRF. I'm changing all of mine to be the same. Ruth-Ellen |
