414.0. "VAXdocument to Bookreader" by CADSE::REYNOLDS () Wed Mar 13 1991 16:12

    Hi folks,

    I've created bookreader files from DECwrite with hot spots, etc. -
    and viewed the books and its reference displays successfully. - easy.

    But now I'm trying to use VAXdocument sdml files. I've successfully
    built DECW$BOOK files and have the protections set down, etc. When
    invoking the Bookreader, it successfully finds my books and lists
    them.

    However, once I pick a book to view, nothing happens. The clock
    keeps ticking but the book doesn't show.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I am using lmf tags also.

    Is there a simple sample VAXdocument sdml file someone out there has
    pulled into the bookreader and viewed successfully?

    If anyone would like to examine my sdml file off-line, please
    let me know.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks much,
    Theresa

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    What version of Bookreader are you running? See note 184 for
    information about a Bookreader V2.0 bug in which it goes into an
    infinite loop if none of the specified licenses are installed on
    the systems running Bookreader. This bug was fixed for V2.1.

    Try removing the LMF tags and building the book.
