Why doesn't the bookreader keep the table header at the top of the table window when you scroll, in the same way that a hardcopy book puts the table header at the top of each new page when there is a page break in a table? Similarly, why doesn't the bookreader put the table key at the bottom of each table window? Judy Parsons

These are both enhancements that we have talked about but that would mean changes to the Bookreader. So far, other enhancements have taken priority, and there have not been the resources to devote to the implementing table formatting improvements in either VAX DOCUMENT or the Bookreader.
