    I have recently gotten a spate of complaints about not being able
    to access this conference: be sure your entry is
    CLOSET::ONLINE_BOOKBUILDING. Trying to enter the notes conference
    via VAXUUM is probably the cause of your difficulties (VAXUUM is
    a *very* overloaded system at the moment).
    
    (Of course, if you're reading this note, you probably don't have
    this problem, right...;-)
